Request for Qualifications – Legal Services

Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper (BNW) is a community-based, nonprofit organization that has been guardians of Western New York’s fresh water for over 35 years. BNW protects and restores our water and surrounding ecosystems for the benefit of current and future generations.

To advance this mission, BNW seeks qualifications from licensed New York State attorneys and firms to provide ongoing counsel regularly.

BNW has a deep legal bench on its Board of Directors, and has also benefitted from 10 years of in-house counsel. A robust suite of legal templates and resources currently exists to build from and enhance upon as the organization’s work and impact continues to expand.
