Cayuga Creek Live Stake Riparian Plantings

Waterkeeper needs your help installing dormant live stakes at a recently completed restoration project along Cayuga Creek.

This event will take place Saturday, April 6 from 10 a.m. to noon. Learn more and register below.

Our goal is to install 450 live stakes during this event. Each volunteer can expect to install approximately 25 dormant live stakes. If time allows, we will also install predator guards on some of the habitat boxes scattered across the site.

ARRIVAL/PARKING: Volunteers can park in a privately owned lot located at 9161 Porter Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. After volunteers park, a staff member will walk with them to the restoration site, which is tucked behind the property down a short walking path.
