Kayak Classroom at Red Jacket Park

Join Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper for a fish and wildlife kayak classroom that will take off from Red Jacket Park. While free, registration is required and can be done by clicking the link below.

The event is Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 5:45 to 8 p.m.

On a kayak classroom excursion, you learn about the water from the water! On this experience you will learn:

1) That Western New York has diverse and unique fish and wildlife ready to be discovered and in need of protection.

2) Basic kayaking skills, such as how to properly wear a life vest, how to get in and out of your kayak, and paddling strokes.
