Come out and enjoy nature at the Lytle Nature Preserve in Lockport for the family friendly, and free, Spring Lytle Preserve Day on June 6.
All ages are welcome. There will be activities for people of all ages, and people can walk the preserve and see the new bridge. Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper will have volunteers on site to share information about our organization.
The 111-acre Lytle Nature Preserve is located on the north side of North Canal Road and was donated to the Town of Lockport by William F. Lytle in 2008 and is protected by the Western New York Land Conservancy with a conservation easement.
This event is hosted by the Cornell Cooperative Extension and other collaborating partners. No RSVP necessary. Please park across the street in the parking lot along the water/canal.
