EPA Webinar on Proposed PFAS Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting an informational webinar for the public on March 16 about proposed regulations regarding PFAS.

The proposed Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR) is from 2 to 3 p.m. During the webinar, EPA will provide information and an overview of the proposed PFAS regulations, as well as how the public can provide its comments to EPA on this action.

The webinar will be informational only. To provide input on the rule proposal, please submit comments to the public docket at www.regulations.gov under Docket ID: EPA-HQ-OW-2022-0114. To view the proposed NPDWR and for more information on how to submit comments please see EPA’s PFAS NPDWR website at: https://www.epa.gov/sdwa/and-polyfluoroalkyl-substances-pfas. EPA will also be holding a public hearing on May 4, 2023, where members of the public can register and provide their verbal comments to EPA on the rule proposal.
