Erie County Parks Friday Field Days – Aug. 7

Erie County Parks, Recreation & Forestry is seeking volunteers for its Friday Field Days. The next one is Friday, Aug. 7 at Thomas F. Higgins Natural Habitat Park to perform invasive species seedhead clipping.
These days are meant to engage volunteers in habitat management and park stewardship projects. Park staff will teach volunteers about the task and provide tools. Wear long pants and sleeves to prevent scratches.
The rain date is Aug. 14.
