Great weather, great people and a great after party made for a (yup, great) day during the Scajaquada Scavenger Hunt last weekend! Teams made their way along Hoyt Lake, Jesse Kregal Pathway and to Unity Island solving clues and interacting with Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper staff. And we all got to celebrate at Buffalo Cider Hall for the after party.
The hard work by all who registered, fundraised and our corporate sponsors helped make for another successful Scajaquada September and exceeded our $32,000 goal!
These funds will go a long way for our organization to continue advocating, protecting, and restoring Scajaquada Creek and waterways across WNY. Thanks to everyone for playing in the Scajaquada Scavenger Hunt and joining us in the final event for Scajaquada September!
